Stage 1 selling out quickly.

Stage 1 construction is progressing very well with the early release of stage 2 due to better than expected sales of stage 1. Already 8 lots sold in the 1st week of release for stage 2. There is $36,5000 first home buyers grant for building contracts signed after July 1 2009. Stage 2 is sure to sell out quickly due the this possibly never to be repeated $36,5000 government boost.
